At Soul Sicilian Fusion, every dish reflects the authentic culinary traditions of Sicily. Chef Nello Mensa, born and raised in Catania, combines homemade pasta, fresh seafood and carefully selected ingredients to create a genuine Sicilian dining experience in Clearwater, Florida.
