Roman Pinsa dates back to ancient Rome and has become increasingly popular throughout Italy for its unique texture and lighter digestibility. Unlike traditional pizza, Pinsa is prepared with a blend of wheat, rice, and soy flours. The dough is naturally fermented for up to 72 hours, creating a crust that is crispy on the outside while remaining soft and airy inside. The result is a lighter, more delicate bite that many guests find easier to digest.
